Metal details manufacturing company in Concord seeks a skilled Lathe and Milling CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate metal parts according to specifications. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Location: Langstaff Rd and Dufferin St
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Saturdays - sometimes

Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes or mills
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Program machines using CAD/CAM software or Fanuc controls
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools
- Use hand tools to deburr, grind, or polish parts as necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating CNC machines. At least four years of experience is required
- Proficiency in programming CNC machines using CAD/CAM software or Fanuc controls
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Familiarity with using hand tools for deburring and finishing work
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Shift: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

🔸Preparing dough and batters according to recipes using industrial mixers and other equipment.🥣🧁

🔸Monitoring ingredient levels throughout the mixing process and adjusting as necessary.

🔸Performing sanitation and maintenance tasks on bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and other machines.

🔸Measuring and weighing ingredients for recipes, such as doughs and batters.⌛️
