There is still time to register for the fall session of In Motion and Momentum+ (IM&M+)!

Program now starts Tuesday, September 22, 2026

We are offering another session of In Motion and Momentum+ (IM&M+) this fall!

Program now starts Tuesday, September 22, 2026

This program is a free, 10-week career readiness program that helps you get unstuck, rebuild confidence, and start moving toward the future you want!

Step 1: In Motion (3 weeks; 3 days a week)
BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY
In Motion starts where you are. It is about reconnecting with yourself - what you’re good at, what you care about, and what you want next. Here, you’ll create goals that feel meaningful and achievable!

Step 2: Momentum (4 weeks; 4 days a week)
BUILD CONNECTION & PURPOSE
Momentum is where you refine your personal and career goals while working with participants to design and implement a community project that meets a local need. You’ll grow vital skills, deepen your confidence, and prepare for the next steps of your action plan.

Step 3: Momentum+ (3 weeks; 2 days a week)
GET READY FOR WHAT’S NEXT
Momentum+ is where your plans take flight. With coaching, connection, and outreach, you’ll receive support from the facilitator, and you’ll get the support you need to succeed in your next steps.

Whatever you next step (work, training, or something else) IM&M+ helps you move forward with purpose and support!

In Motion & Momentum+ is created and powered by the Canadian Career Development Foundation.
