We are happy to celebrate one year with Carmelle Dieleman on our team.

Carmelle came to us as an experienced workplace investigator and employment lawyer and has quickly expanded her practice as a key member of our mediation practice group.

Carmelle shared some of her expertise at the Employment Law CLE this past May where she spoke about alternatives to workplace investigations.

Carmelle has recently expanded her practice to include work as a sports dispute adjudicator. She is also one of our go-to experts on all things related to Work Safe.

Clients love working with Carmelle and are grateful for her calm demeanor and thoughtful approach to her work.

We are celebrating one year with the amazing and multi-talented Naya Dhatt on our team at Forte Workplace Law.

Naya hit the ground running when she joined us and has continued with a busy labour and employment practice, including several labour arbitration hearings. Naya has also expanded her practice to include conducting workplace investigations.

A few highlights have been the video series that Naya created on performance management, her lead role in the Lawyer Show production of Dolly Parton’s musical 9-5, and her creative costuming as part of the party pirates team at our firm holiday party (pictured).

We are celebrating 2 years with the brilliant Scarlett Molinar on our team.

Scarlett shows up to work with many talents and skills. She is part of our intake team, providing a calm and kind first point of contact for people calling our firm. We are celebrating 7 years with Jim Wu on our team at Forte Workplace Law. Jim is a shareholder and the leader of our Litigation Practice Group.

Jim is a seasoned litigator and his love for litigation is contagious around our office. Jim has an impressive litigation record and at a recent Employment Law Conference, one of the speakers summarized a series of recent court decisions by saying, if Jim Wu serves you summary trial materials, you should seriously consider settling.

Jim’s love of karaoke is also contagious, and he finds a way to incorporate karaoke into almost all of our firm events.
