As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both our clients and our partner drivers. You are a hardworking individual who is passionate about learning new skills and looking to gain experience in a start-up environment.
Reilly Transfer Group Ltd. requires a Customer Service Representative (CSR), to be responsible for providing professional, courteous customer service via telephone. He or she will be accountable for addressing customer inquiries, complaints and processing transactions in a transportation and logistics environment. This individual participates in all assigned training, setting and meeting personal goals. The CSR promotes the organization, acting as a brand ambassador, providing positive experiences to all customers. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Description & Responsibilities are as follows,
• Updating shipment status in several computer systems throughout the day
• Ensuring shipments to be picked up are properly logged and verified in computer systems
• Receiving and checking documents
• Tracing Shipments
• Billing
• Handling calls and questions from clients and/or drivers
• Managing a high volume of emails
• Booking appointments, coordinating with customers and dispatch personnel
• Effectively communicating and interfacing with other departments to resolve issues
• Various administrative duties as assigned
Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner
• Providing support to partner drivers
• Basic app troubleshooting with users
• Ensuring trip requests are fulfilled
• Resolving customer service issues quickly and professionally
• Assisting in the onboarding of partner drivers
• Tracking and managing exceptions to support process improvements
• Operations support as required ie Claims follow-up.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to work individually and as a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
Knowledge and Experience Requirements
• MUST HAVE experience in a Transportation Customer Service function
• Knowledge in Accellos system
• Effective and efficient communication, interpersonal and computer skills
• Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills required
• Demonstrates excellence in organization and time management skills. Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, and interested in preventing errors and solving problems
• Work independently and proceed with objectives under minimal supervision
• Absolutely necessary – a positive/professional attitude and desire to work in and contribute to a team environment
