What a great day at Latin Fest! 💃

This past Saturday, Shane and Nahum had a wonderful time at Latin Fest by La Casa! 🎉

🌮🎶 We loved connecting with community members, meeting new faces, and being part of an event that brought so many people together to celebrate culture and diversity.

A big thank you to Latino Arts Centre Advancing Sociocultural Awareness - La Casa SSM for organizing such a fantastic celebration and to everyone who stopped by our table to say hello! 👋

When Sukhpreet joined our Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) classes, she was looking for a welcoming place to improve her English.

With encouragement and personalized support from her instructor, she began building her confidence.

Recently, Sukhpreet was invited to a job interview… and she got the job! 🎉
She’s now started a new journey as a Personal Support Worker.

🚨 BIG NEWS: Applications are now being accepted for our FREE Building Maintenance and Construction Program (BMC)! 🛠️

This 10-week training program includes hands-on construction experience, industry-recognized certifications, tools and safety equipment, and job search support.

No previous construction experience is required.

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis for upcoming training sessions.
