Last night, Tracy had the opportunity to attend the ConnectHer event hosted by Saskatoon Public Schools Foundation , bringing together women from across our community to connect, share experiences, and celebrate.

Hearing from inspiring women like Marci Halseth, Chief Tammy Cook-Searson, and Candace Laing about how they are making an impact in our community and how leadership takes many forms, but at its heart is about creating opportunities and making a difference.

The Regulatory Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day regulatory operations of the Saskatchewan Association of Optometrists (SAO). This role ensures the organization meets its legislative obligations while overseeing licensing, complaints administration, regulatory compliance, and committee operations.

Working closely with the Executive Director, the Regulatory Manager serves as the organization's internal regulatory expert, providing operational leadership, maintaining regulatory integrity, and supporting SAO as it prepares for the future separation of its Association and College functions.
