If you're struggling or feel like giving up right now, I want you to pay close attention.

I've been teaching what I'm about to tell you for 10+ years now because of how important it is.

I first heard this from pastor T.D. Jakes and nothing could be closer to the truth in my case.

In order to build a really tall building... you have to dig a really deep foundation.
Without the support, the building will come crumbling down.

This is why building a solid foundation is so important.

I spent 5 years struggling to get to a full-time income in network marketing.

I would always question my ability because it hadn't happened yet.

It was painful. It was frustrating.

But most of all... it was unbelievably humbling.

But it seemed like no matter how hard I tried, it just never 'clicked'. It's like the destiny just had other plans for me.

When I heard the quote from TD Jakes years later, I realized that all those years of struggle and frustration were just the building phase.

I was building the support structure for the success that I now have.

You see, in network marketing, in the beginning what you learn is sometimes more important than what you earn.

It was 5 years of non-stop personal development and growing my inner-leadership.

I see so many people come into our profession and because they have a lot of charisma, credibility, or salesmanship, they have quick success that it almost seems magical.

And sadly,
When a storm comes (and it always does), the pressure causes them collapse and they go back to working the job they hate.

So listen closely:
If you’re struggling right now…
If you’re in a storm…

Realize that you are in the process of building the foundation of your future success.

Now is NOT the time to give up.
Now is the time to keep building because the success is coming.

Be willing to dig deep and hold on so your roots will grow strong. You’ll develop the foundation to know, no matter what storm comes your way, you’ll always find a way to succeed.
