This is more than a numbers role. It’s a position for someone who enjoys balancing attention to detail and relationships—supporting financial operations while serving as a key point of contact for clients and contractors.

From managing accounts and reconciliations to coordinating schedules and delivering exceptional customer service, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a genuine impact every day.

What we’re looking for:

Experience with QuickBooks
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Confident communication and customer service approach
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
