A career change can feel like a big step, but the right support, new opportunities are possible.

With guidance from WorkBC, Sarah accessed career planning, skills training, and financial supports that helped her complete the Education Assistant program at Okanagan College. Today, she is working as a casual on-call Education Assistant with a local school district.
