REQUIREMENTS
2 years commission sales experience or hospitality management experience
MUST be available to work 7 days/week w rotating days off
Ensuring the customer’s complete satisfaction
Greeting customers, building rapport and responding to inquiries
Matching the right vehicle to their needs
Maintaining thorough and accurate customer records and communications history
Prospecting in the community, building previous customer contacts and developing buyer relationships
Learning and understanding each customer’s needs and interests
Understanding our products’ characteristics, capabilities, features and benefits
Second nature for prospecting, cold calling and closing a deal
Must have a valid driver's licence
Demonstrating product features, benefits and conducting test drives
Presenting pricing options
Addressing and overcoming objections
Explaining warranties and services
Committing to on-going professional development
Providing sales management with sales activity reports
Achieving sales goals
Delivering the vehicle
PAY
Expected to earn $65,000+ first year (Guarantee + commission)
2 weeks vacation after 1st year
Benefits after 90 days
