Congratulations to Mayor-elect Haven Lurbiecki and our newly elected Council! We wish you all the best as you take on the responsibility of representing and serving the residents of Port Moody over the next four years.
We also want to recognize everyone who put their name forward in this election. Running for public office takes a tremendous commitment of time and energy and the City of Port Moody is better for having people willing to step forward and serve.
A special thank you to Meghan Lahti and Diana Dilworth for their decades of service on Council, and to Samantha Agtarap for her four years of service. We’ve truly enjoyed working with all three of you over the years and appreciate the time, dedication and commitment you’ve given to Port Moody and its residents.
As we look ahead to a new term, we look forward to continuing our relationships with returning members of Council, building new ones, and working together with Mayor Lurbiecki and Council in support of our community and public safety.
