While passionate for the work they were doing, it wasn’t until Diane started working in

the recruitment industry when they both had their ‘Ah Ha’ moment! After the birth of their son, they decided that it was time to bring their careers into balance with their family life and they started Durham Recruiting in the spring of 2017. Both realized how underserved Durham Region was and sought to disrupt the industry with a new and fresh approach focusing on their clients ROI. Before we ‘opened our doors’ we met with a number of businesses to understand their pain points when partnering with recruitment agencies.
