Our client, a leading organization in Quebec is looking to hire Assemblers on a long term contract. This is a day shift role located in Pointe Claire offering excellent working experience.

Responsibilities:

· You will be responsible for the assembly and packaging of different products

· You will be using both hand tools and occasional power tools

· Working both in the assembly and packaging stations to gain further experience

· Lifting and stacking light boxes on pallets

Qualifications:

· Ability to work standing for 8 hours;

· Strong manual dexterity and speed of ex*****on;

· Ability to lift loads of 10-15 pounds;

· Speak, read and write correctly in French and / or English.

Set up machines as needed
Control and adjust machine settings
Input raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
Inspect parts with various measuring tools to maintain quality control
Check final product for defect
Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent
Must be able to lift 50lbs throughout shift
Reliable and strong attention to detail
Able to handle repetitive tasks
Can start work immediately
Comfortable working rotational shifts every two weeks
