Hello! We’ve made some exciting changes here at Ian Martin Workforce and we wanted to tell you all about it. We are now Raise Workforce: a fresh look for a company that will continue providing the very best in skilled trades staffing and recruitment.

We’ve made the switch in accordance with our parent company The Ian Martin Group, who made the change to Raise this past fall.

And while our name may have changed, we are still the same dynamic team providing the same outstanding candidate experience and excellence in delivery.
