A&S Employment Services provide professional services in preparing resume and cover letter that truly reflects your abilities, qualifications and makes you an excellent match for the position you are applying for. I have been designing professional resumes and cover letters for over 12 years and have had a very high success rate in landing people with job interviews and even getting hired. I have
"hands-on" experience in interviewing people, so I know upfront "What Employers Want" & "What the hiring Manager wants". If you need your resumes and/or cover letters made, I will sit down with you in person and go over your resume/cover letter and design it so its catered just for you. Most companies and agencies will charge a Minimum of $150.00 (and some companies charge upwards of $300-$400) just for designing a resume and they usually want money upfront. I don't take any deposits or money upfront. I charge $50 for resume design and $30 for cover letters and you dont pay me until it is complete. Editing of resumes and cover letters is also provided at a less expensive rate (hey, if your resume is good, why pay full price when it just requires some minor editing?). I also provide other letters: references, resignations, recommendations, etc. Here are common questions:
1) Why pay more to companies that take your money upfront and require you to pay through a paypal account and how do you know if your information is kept private??
2) Did you know employers don't like long and "complicated" resumes and having too much info may not be a good idea?

I will talk to you over the phone & meet you in person (so you know that I'm a real person and not hiding behind a website in some other country) and go over your resume/cover letter design with you as well as keep all documents confidential.
