C.T.C Has been providing training and education to women in:

AWARENESS - Know what is out there

PREVENTION - Know how to avoid trouble

RESPONSE - Knowing how to respond to a threat or attack in real-time.

SELF-REALIZATION - Knowledge of your own physical power, confidence that you know how to handle yourself.

C.T.C ‘s training methods for women are based on years of experience, as well as numerous real-life situations in which women found our system to be the most effective. Our C.T.C system for women provides excellent self-defense skills, producing the highest rate of defense successes in facing various types of attacks. In addition to the technical and tactical training required to gain C.T.C skills, it is also needed that women acquire the appropriate mental capabilities to support their physical readiness to fight. This includes developing an attitude that allows for determination, persistence and aggression to become a part of the woman’s natural state of mind whenever needed. There are no sporting rules, there is no letting up until you are safely away or your assailant is incapacitated. Thus it is perfectly suited for today's woman. Whether for fitness, combat or self defense C.T.C is it.

C.T.C Whether you’re a beginner or have current experience in any fighting system or martial art, the C.T.C programs offers a multitude of classes tailored to men and women of all ages. C.T.C also incorporates a core strength and conditioning exercises so that if you find yourself out of shape and preoccupied about the threat of violence, you’ve found something that can make you fit and fearless. This is an excellent combination of fitness training and self defense moves.
