Good Sunday of resurrection!
Feeling anew?

In these times of aaaaahwhatsacoming, a little grounding and self care can make a difference.

And since I love it so much, I recorded a meditation from Taoist Master Mantak Chia's book:
"Taoist Ways to Transform Stress into Vitality",
so I could share it with you and see you healthy for this wild future in front of us.

It's a simple 22 min of tripping inside yourself with love and smiles..
