𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗲 : À partir de 17.50 $/heure

👉 𝗘𝘅𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 :
* De 1 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle DÉCLARÉE en restauration rapide ou plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans un restaurant.
* Un diplôme en restauration ou en administration des services alimentaires ou en gestion hôtelière (dans le secteur de la restauration) est requis.

👉 𝗧𝗮̂𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 :
Les superviseurs/superviseures doivent garantir le bon fonctionnement du restaurant pendant leur quart de travail, ce qui comprend plusieurs aspects tels que :
* Santé et sécurité au travail
*Satisfaction des clients
* Résolution des problèmes
* Gestion efficace de l'équipe de travail (ressources humaines)
* Résolution des conflits
* Utilisation optimale des ressources (éviter le gaspillage par exemple)
* Protection des biens de l'entreprise, y compris la trésorerie
* Toutes les autres tâches et responsabilités jugées nécessaires par l'employeur pour assurer le succès des opérations de la compagnie

En tant que superviseur de restauration rapide, ils/elles doivent connaître parfaitement les normes et sont responsables de leur respect pendant leur quart de travail.
