名扬职介为世佳宝地区工程公司聘请专业人力资源经验文员:Human Resource Coordinator with at least a year contract!!
Reports to: Operations Manager
Basic Function: HR Coordinator is responsible for management of all HR related
matters including but not limited to, coordinating recruitment, managing the human
resources database and employees performance, implementing health and safety
policies, providing assistance to employees
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Ensure all Human Resources files and records are maintained in accordance with relevant legislation and the Foundation’s policies and procedures;
* Assist with all aspects of recruitment
* Serve as initial contact for all HR related inquiries and communicate company policies, procedures and legislation as needed
* Prepare new employee orientation packages and conduct orientations
* Work in close association with Payroll on administration of new hires and processing of terminations.
* Maintain the company group benefit system
* Manage annual performance review schedule and ensure reviews are filled out by the appropriate parties
* Plan, coordinate and administer all aspects of training programs for all the departments as required;
* Maintain employee files (digital & hard copies)
* Maintain records of employee attendance, leave and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements, using manual or computerized systems
* Ensure progressive discipline policy is followed and proper paperwork is completed and returned
* Submit WSIB claims, act as a company contact for the WSIB and coordinate/track return to work for injured employees
* Provide general administrative and/or analytical support including preparing of announcement, creating minutes, and document distribution;
* Assist management with company projects/events and rolling out new procedures and policies
* Other Ad HR job assigned by the Management
Qualifications & Requirements:
– 1+ years of HR experience in a similar role
– Excellent communication skills and positive attitude;
– Strong customer service orientation;
– Team player, able to deal effectively with a diverse range of people
– Ability to work independently with initiative and leadership;
– A post-secondary degree/diploma/certificate in Human Resources is required
– Intermediate Microsoft Office skill level required
– Ability to deal with HR issues with a high level of discretion and confidentiality;
– Must have excellent interpersonal skills, practice professionalism in all scenarios,
be well organized and be capable of handling a busy workload and competing
deadlines
– Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese an asset
Work location: Scarborough central
Work hour: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 18:00 pm
Salary: arrangement between 35,000~38,000
