Black History Month is a time when we recognize the valuable contribution that Black people have made to society.

Unfortunately, this recognition still doesn’t translate to employees in the modern workplace.

On average, Black workers still earn around 20% less than Caucasian counterparts in Canada.

To help tackle this, TRG will continue to champion equal opportunities through inclusive recruitment processes.
