Determining how fast your account should grow is one of the hardest questions to answer for multiple reasons. Why? Because it completely depends.
It depends on what industry you're in, how often you post, the quality of your content, and much more. We have had clients who have grown with ease, but we have also had accounts we could barely grow because the number of deliverables (posts per week) was low, and the industry is competitive.
For that reason, determining a specific rate your account should be growing by is hard because there is no right answer. However, expecting to grow by 200+ followers every month is unrealistic if you are posting three times a week, and this is why we recently updated our packages.
