This is a 6 to 7-month fixed-term contract hired directly on the company’s payroll. Whether you're looking for a focused contract, wanting to add sought-after clinical expertise to your CV, or exploring a transition out of your current setting, this role offers hands-on mentorship and practical specialty experience.

Gain Specialty Pharmacy Expertise: Receive comprehensive training, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Pharmacy Manager to provide deep, individualized patient consultations and support (~50% clinical time).

True Work-Life Balance: Predictable Monday to Friday day shifts (approx. 8:00 AM/9:00 AM – 4:00 PM). No evenings, no regular weekends, and no stat holidays.

Competitive Compensation: We estimate this role will land in the range of $60.00 – $65.00/hour (commensurate with experience). Our client is open to discussion.

✅ Vancouver & Lower Mainland Region, BC (Expected technician RPhT rate of pay in the range of $35-38/hr + bonus potential; expected Pharmacist RPh pay in the range of $58-62/hr + bonus potential)

✅ Edmonton, AB, Winnipeg, MB and Saskatoon, SK (Registered Technician RPhT rates ranging from $34-36/hr+ in all markets + bonus potential; Pharmacist roles closer to ~$120K base rate + bonus potential)

✅ Atlantic Canada (NB, PEI, NS, NL) - various roles in various major hubs with comp dependent on the specific locale, market factors, internal equity and experience level, but most RPh roles at ~$55-58/hr+ bonus and other comp program elements

✅ Additionally, in the GTA (East and West): We are actively networking with talent for upcoming long-term temporary and permanent Pharmacy Assistant needs in the Greater Toronto Area with 2–3 years of experience with expert-level ODB and private insurer billing/adjudication background (Expected pay: $24.00 - 25.00/hr). Roles are on-site 5 days per week but have the potential to shift to remote work long-term (very real career pathways to provide that growth and development opportunity)
