✔️ Compensation: Generally speaking, dependent upon specific market factors, current annual base salary ranges for a staff pharmacist in this space land typically in the range of $114,000-$120,000 (or more for highly-experienced specialty sector talent; Lead/Supervisor/Manager/Director roles obviously command more - we can discuss your needs and expectations for all roles you are qualified for and consider market conditions). Contracts of 1 year or more offer benefits for the term of the contract as well. Leaving the compensation door open to discussion is just fine, too - the market changes often and we can assess opportunities as they arise as well.
