Job Responsibilities:

1) Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
2) Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
3) Prepare regular reports and presentations
4) Organize, store and print company documents as needed
5) Answer and redirect phone calls
6) Update office policies and ensure compliance with them
7) Receive inbound / Outbound call
8) Place sales order
9) Invoicing and receiving shipment

Requirement:

1) Knowledge of office policies and procedures
Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
2) Excellent organizational and time-management skills
3) Strong written and oral communication skills
4) Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
5) Prior Admin experience is an asset
6) Must be able to speak French and English
