Description of Position:
Working as a team, you will provide service to swimming pools, spas and water features in a timely and professional manner. The Weekly Service team performs vacuuming, skimming, brushing and testing and balancing of water, along with system maintenance of in-ground swimming pools on a weekly basis. Crew Members and Leaders are to provide effective communication to Management and customers in order to ensure that we provide the quality service we promise.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide weekly maintenance on pools, including vacuuming, cleaning walls, slides, diving boards, etc.
• Skim water surfaces to clear debris.
• Clean concrete and acrylic spas.
• Check systems to ensure they are functioning properly; slide and cleaner operations, heater, propane tank (if applicable)
• Clean out skimmer baskets, cleaner bags, wall screens, hair strainer baskets, etc.
• Test and balance pool or spa water and record results.
• Backwash sand filter
• Remove/replace cartridge filters when needed and spray down.
• Clean spa cartridge filters.
• Add sanitizer to feeder as necessary
• Cycle Whirlpool – If possible
• Check pool lights operation – If possible
• Check Auto Fill float and operation
• Communicate with customers when necessary, either directly in person or with detailed notes.
• Respect customers properties and privacy
• Make small repairs at system.
• Replace broken Polaris parts as needed.
• Navigating for the driver, if a passenger.
• Perform other duties as required.
