Invisible Disabilities Week is an opportunity to raise awareness, foster understanding, and promote inclusion in our workplaces and communities.

Many individuals live with disabilities that may not be immediately apparent, yet they bring valuable skills, perspectives, and talents to the workforce every day. Creating inclusive workplaces and supporting equitable access to employment helps ensure everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
