Do not use CRYSTAL CLEANERS in Aurora, Ontario to have your clothes cleaned or altered. I put very expensive pants, which were part of a Armani suit to be cleaned and they sent the pants out to KING CLEANERS and now neither company knows where the pants are and they are saying the owners are in India. I have been calling Crystal Cleaners for over a week and every time they have some excuse, a car broke down, the pants were coming on a certain day and now I find out that nobody knows where the pants are. INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. DON'T USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES.
