Our client is hiring full-time Machine Operators in Ingersoll, ON! Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll be a key player in manufacturing, ensuring raw parts are loaded correctly and finished parts meet quality standards.

✨ Your Responsibilities
⚙️ Operating machinery/equipment by loading single or multiple parts
🔍 Maintaining attention to detail on gauging completed parts
🔧 Troubleshooting equipment/tooling within the scope of responsibility
🔄 Being flexible and open to assignments in other areas
📚 Supporting and training workers in machine-specific training
👀 Performing visual inspection and documenting quality aspects
💻 Operating basic computer functions, software, and programs
📌 Other duties as assigned

⏳ Schedule/Hours
We operate Mon-Fri on a 2-week rotating shift pattern with three shifts:

🌅 Days: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
🌆 Afternoons: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM (+$0.85/hr shift premium)
🌙 Nights: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM (+$1.00/hr shift premium)

✅ More About You
🏭 Machine operator, CNC, or robotic equipment experience is an asset (but not required)
🚗 You have your own reliable transportation
🔒 Must pass a Controlled Goods security assessment (see below)

📢 Now Hiring! We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our reputable automotive manufacturing client's team in London, ON. As an HR Generalist, you will help organize, coordinate, and carry out all human resource department projects and processes for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Check and record daily call ins in the Attendance Tracker, communicate to Area Leaders and Production Manager

· Process payroll

· Administer annual job training evaluations for hourly team members, coordinating with Area Leaders and updating the training matrix accordingly

· Maintain personnel records for hourly personnel in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

· Assist with recruitment and/or onboarding – prepare new hire packages, etc.

· Assist with weekly headcount data

· Assist with Health and Safety tasks, including typing monthly meeting minutes

· Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

· Organize HR computer files for updates and obsolescence.

· Support Human Resources Manager with any assigned special projects.

Other duties as assigned by the Human Resource Manager

Qualifications:

· Graduate or currently enrolled in Human Resources Management Program

· 1- 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or related field an asset

· Effective HR administration and people management skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

· Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.

· Fantastic organizational and time management skills.

Job description
Overview:
We are seeking two (2) skilled CNC Operators and (2) CNC Programmers to join our manufacturing client's team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in CNC machining who is looking to further their career in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, milling, and turning
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine machine settings and specifications
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, using precision measuring instruments
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet production goals
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
Previous experience operating CNC machines
Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
Familiarity with CAD software is a plus
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Must have own reliable transportation as position is not on a bus route

Compensation, Hours, Job Perks:
CNC Operators $18.50-$21/hour + $0.50/hour increase after 6 months
CNC Programmers $20-$24/hour + $0.50/hour increase after 6 months
$0.75/hour afternoon shift premium
Yearly pay increases
Mon-Fri: Days 7am-4pm OR Afternoons 3:30pm-12:30am
Two 30 minute lunch breaks (one paid and one unpaid)
