VAUGHAN location

- Mature individual with over three years experience in a Supervisory role.
- Have licence in driving the Reach and other warehouse mobility equipment (over two years).
- Can communicate effectively.
- Ablebodied and hard working as job requires frequent lifting.
- Be detail oriented and thorough with paperwork.
- Oversee operations for the night shift..
- Monitor team performance and report to Warehouse Manager.
- Assist with training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SHIFT ENDS AT 2:30AM AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME.

Unlicensed Maintenance Mechanic
$32/h + shift premium

Shifts:
Afternoon 2PM to 10PM
Night 10PM to 6AM

Requirements:
• A good understanding of the mechanical and electrical components 3 to 5 years of equipment used in the bakeshop and packaging departments (i.e., flow wrappers,metal detectors, etc.)
• Troubleshooting, fixing mechanical problems, Set up of equipment in an efficient manner.
• College education in electro-mechanical, electronics, or electrical controls
• Performing major and minor adjustments to equipment in a reasonable timeframe
• Maintain a variety of mechanical equipment both corrective and preventative maintenance.
• Performing all maintenance on plant equipment in a safe manner, ensure equipment and machines are clean and in good working order, follow GMP.

Shifts:
Afternoon 2PM to 10PM
Night 10PM to 6AM

Requirements:
• Hold a valid Industrial skilled trades license (Millwright) from Ontario or any province from within Canada
• A minimum of 3 years working experience with mechanical, electrical; including setup, adjustments and troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting skills for Electrical & Mechanical problems
• Knowledge of shop tools (i.e. milling machines, lathes, grinders, drilling machines
• Performing major and minor adjustments to equipment in a reasonable timeframe
• Maintain a variety of mechanical equipment both corrective and preventative maintenance.
• Performing all maintenance on plant equipment in a safe manner, ensure equipment and machines are clean and in good working order, follow GMP.

Afternoon 2PM to 10PM
Night 10PM to 6AM

Requirements:
• Industrial Electrician license
• Minimum 3 years local experience in Canada from within a Food Plant Manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshooting skills for Electrical & Mechanical problems
• Understanding of electrical circuitry
• Knowledge of PLC’s, maintenance shop machinery and electronics
• Knowledge of building wiring and CSA codes as it applies to an Industrial establishment.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy machinery.

Job Functions:
• Perform preventative Maintenance
• Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Design and build electrical panels for machinery.
• Design and build electrical circuits to improve the performance of equipment and machinery.
