Why I Built TaskHive 🐝
I built TaskHive because I know what it feels like to struggle.
There was a time when I spent an entire year applying for jobs — getting rejected over and over again. Interview after interview, and still nothing. It was frustrating, exhausting, and honestly discouraging.
At one point, my mom and I were both without jobs. We were doing DoorDash together just to get by. Sitting in the car one day, I realized I wanted more than that — not just for myself, but for everyone going through the same thing.
I wanted to create something where people didn’t have to wait for someone to “hire” them.
Something where you could go out, use your skills, help someone, and get paid.
That’s where TaskHive came from.
TaskHive is built to help people find real opportunities — whether it’s moving, cleaning, fixing, building, or helping in any way. It’s about putting money in people’s pockets, food on the table, and giving people a real chance to work.
But I also wanted it to stand for something bigger.
Bees are incredibly important to our ecosystem. They help pollinate the food we eat and keep our environment alive. Without them, life as we know it would change drastically.
That’s why TaskHive gives back.
A portion of every task goes toward helping protect bees — because while we’re helping people survive and grow, we should also be protecting the world we live in.
To me, that’s powerful.
Helping people.
Helping families.
Helping the planet.
That’s TaskHive 🐝
