1) Bottle Blower Machine (most technical)

This is where the bottles are formed.
Ensure the hopper is filled with plastic bottles to form.

2) Fill/Labeler machine

Where the bottles are filled with water and labelled.
Test water PH level throughout the day.
Lifting up to 40 lbs 10-15x per shift (overhead).

3) Packaging machine (least busy Machine)

Where the bottles are packaged in their correct pack sizes.
Watching for jams.
Restocking the label roll.

All positions:

In all positions, you are working in a fast-paced environment.
Must listen constantly for alarms and bells.
Routine safety/ maintenance checks.
