KAN Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager for a well-established construction industry client based in Kelowna, BC.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and growing a successful business. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations across the BC Interior while leading sales growth, profitability, safety initiatives, and overall team performance.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the roofing or building envelope industry, although strong construction leadership experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead branch operations, staffing, performance management, and employee development
• Drive business development, customer retention, and sales growth
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
• Build strong relationships with clients, employees, and leadership teams
• Identify market opportunities and implement growth strategies

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of construction industry and leadership experience
• Roofing or building envelope experience strongly preferred
• Strong operational, financial, and business development skills
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to the financial success of a growing company. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reconciliations, month-end and year-end processes, capital asset accounting, leases, prepaid expenses, and financial reporting.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. CPA designation or active enrollment in the CPA program is considered an asset.
