We are seeking Warehouse workers to join our team!

Our client has immediate openings for long-term temporary and permanent positions in their warehouse.

All shifts are available – Day, afternoon and night shifts.

Responsibilities and Duties

Worker will be handling, moving, loading, and unloading packages and boxes by hand
They will be moving the products to and from transportation vehicles and from the loading docks.
They will be storing and retrieving products in the warehouse
The workers will also perform other activities such as counting, weighing, scanning and sorting packages and boxes as well as stacking empty skids
Qualifications and Skills

Previous factory experience an asset but not required
Own steel toes work boots/shoes
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to bend, push, and pull and lift up to (5-50 Ibs)
Ability and desire to learn
Detailed oriented and sense of discipline
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Ability to do repetitive work
A “Safe Attitude” and comply with Health and Safety practices and procedures including wearing PPE such as steel toed work boots or shoes
Benefits

$14.39/hour + 4% vacation pay and stat holiday pay
Referral bonus of $100 for each successful referral (after 120 hours of work)
Prompt weekly pay via direct deposit

We are seeking factory workers to join our team!

Full time hours available. Our client has immediate openings for short-term and long-term positions in candy packaging. Physical but not exhausting work.

These positions are 12 hour rotating shifts. The shifts rotate between day shift and night shift, either 7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7 am. These are 12 hour shifts throughout the seven day week.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Manually lift trays of candy, continuously feeding product into the packing line on.
Packing finished product into boxes at the end of the packing line.
Feeding washing machines with dirty candy trays.
Quality control- standing and observing candy as it moves on the conveyor belt, watching for unfinished product and removing any product that do not meet quality expectations.
Making boxes and feeding them into the packing machine.
Cleaning packing machine lines, sweeping and mopping.
Willing to follow strict GMP (General Manufacturing Procedures) which includes: no jewelry, cellphones, nail polish - it‘s a clean environment.
Qualifications and Skills:

A safe attitude and ability to comply with Health & Safety practices and procedures.
Must have wearing CSA-approved safety shoes.
Must be willing to wear ear plugs and safety glasses.
Must attend orientation prior to beginning shift.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to work bent over for extended period of time.
Ability to bend, push, and pull and lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to do repetitive work.
Inspecting quality products.
Following safety and quality standards.

We are seeking Drivers to join our team!
Our client has immediate openings for long-term temporary and permanent positions in their Warehouse.
All shifts available: Days, Afternoons and Nights.
Training requires a split shift. 5:45 am – 9am and back at 4pm- 7:30pm.
Responsibilities and Duties
• You will be handling, moving, loading, and unloading packages and boxes by hand.
• You will be moving the products to and from transportation vehicles and from the loading docks.
• You will be storing and retrieving products in the warehouse.
• You will also perform other activities such as counting, weighing, scanning and sorting packages and boxes as well as stacking empty skids.
• Loading a company vehicle according to the delivery manifest.
• Checking orders to be delivered against the manifest for missing orders.
• Driving a company vehicle, on an established route, to pick up and drop off orders to customer homes or offices.
• Attentive to detail, safety and timeliness to help meet our customer needs.
• Keeping accurate records of all inbound orders.
• Delivering orders as listed on the manifest for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills
• Previous warehouse experience an asset but not required.
• Some not all positions require a class G license
• Clean drivers abstract, must be 25+ for insurance.
• Knowledge of the surrounding area is a asset.
• Own steel toes work boots/shoes.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend, push, and pull and lift up to (5-50 Ibs).
