Are you a payroll professional with extensive hands-on Dayforce experience who can step in and make an immediate impact?

We're recruiting for a 2-month temporary leave coverage contract with a well-established Guelph employer. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has managed payroll directly within an in-house Dayforce environment and is comfortable handling both payroll and HR responsibilities independently.

Key Requirements:
• Extensive hands-on experience with the Dayforce HCM platform in a non-managed (in-house) environment
• Experience processing full-cycle weekly payroll for approximately 85 hourly and salaried employees
• Ontario & Quebec payroll experience
• Benefits administration, ROEs, payroll reconciliations, and compliance reporting
• Dayforce reporting, employee records management, payroll configurations, and system administration
• Combined Payroll & HR experience
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment

Please Note:
This role requires direct Dayforce administration experience. Candidates whose experience is limited to Dayforce Powerpay, Dayforce LRISync/LTI Sync, or vendor-managed payroll platforms will not meet the requirements for this position.
