references. Temporary to Permanent

This service allows us to build a strong bond with the client and become their invisible human resource department. Temp to perms are designed for the opportunity of a permanent placement over three months, which we can accept as the actual probationary period for the worker. Why take the risk your self. Permanent Placements

This service is for the client that wishes to fill a position with an immediate yet accurate candidate. Clients must have the proper infrastructure to accept this type of service. The Billing for this service is aggressive, but so is the search for the right candidate. The successful candidate would be hired directly by the client upon acceptance of hire and would warrant a 15% charge out rate from the total annual wage of the applicant, including all bonuses, commissions, and offerings for the first year. Contract Placements

This is a “Secure Type” service that gives the client the opportunity to use one of our preferred workers for a specific amount of time to do a specific job with no strings attached. The client can supply their own candidate, which the same terms would apply. You would sign a contract that would be specific to your needs, and is billable as per our terms of agreement. Four, six, or 12 month contracts will offer a reduced billable rate to the client. In turn, would offer significant savings for the client. Temporary Placements? We have a pre-screened and interviewed pool of applicants that would fit your employment requirements. A day-to-Day rate for temporary placements has a minimal of a one day billing and is billable within 10 days of activation for the first placement. These placements are excellent to fill the void when required and doesn’t commit you to hire. Time Averaging

This service is unique in nature and is modifiable to meet the requirements and objectives of both the client, and the work to be performed. Non-peak time hours, flex hours, and part time hours become difficult to track, and are also difficult to maintain with a preferred worker, yet it doesn’t allow stability or any commitment from the worker. Modified Bill Rates are based on averages, which in turn would offer a more consistent schedule for any potential long term hire. Also, the workers hours are more conducive to the clients needs and would compliment the existing requirements to the team. Contact our office for a work assessment. Displaced Workers Program

This service has a silver lining for each client and should be respected as a necessary benefit to not only the displaced worker, but the actual company releasing the employee. Clients can send any lay-offs or discontinued employees with good standing to Cambrian Staffing Solutions Inc., which will give us the opportunity to obtain other work for them. In turn each client that actively participates will be given a voucher for a reduced bill rate on the next order. This will be a significant savings and a great contribution to help sustain our local economy with skilled trade workers. We highly recommend that all clients register for this service. Payroll Services

This service is available to every client and offers an easy alternative to putting your own temporary employee’s on our payroll with no intentions to hire the worker, nor make any long term commitment. The understanding is mutual and covers all payroll burdens and WSIB. This is a same day service. Training

This is not only available to qualified candidates prior to any job posting, but is also available to the general public. Everyone has access to the following types of Training Services; WHMIS, Norcat, Confine Space, Fall Protection, Water Works, Respirator Fit Tests, Flagging, Forklift, Overhead Crane and Canadian Welding Bureau Certification. Our in-house consultant is trained and able to offer consulting, specific training, and health and safety audits at your convenience.
