There is a moment where you realize that staying still costs just as much as moving. Maybe more. That moment is your invitation.

Path Forward is a 10-week employment readiness program, no cost to you and fully funded by the Government of Alberta. It runs in person at the Careers Under Construction Resource Centre right here in Fort Saskatchewan, and it is built for people who are ready to stop waiting and start moving - even if they are not entirely sure where they are headed yet.

You will work through three stages of real, hands-on support. In the first stage you come in four days a week and build the foundation: your routine, your confidence, your employment readiness.

In the second stage you come in three days a week and start putting those skills to work in your community.

In the third stage you come in two days a week, and the focus shifts entirely to your next step: your transition plan, your goals, and the path toward work that actually fits your life.

Small groups. A dedicated team. No pressure and no judgment. Just steady support that meets you exactly where you are and walks with you the whole way through.

This is what moving forward looks like. It starts June 22nd. And it starts with you.

Momentum is not something you have before you start. It is something you build once you do. And the people we watch build it every single day did not start out feeling ready. They just started.

Path Forward is a 10-week, in-person employment readiness program at the Careers Under Construction Resource Centre in Fort Saskatchewan. It is no cost to you, fully funded by the Government of Alberta, and designed specifically to help you build the kind of momentum that lasts. The kind that comes from showing up, doing the work, and having a team genuinely beside you.

The program moves in three stages. You begin by building your foundation: routine, stability, confidence, and the employment basics that make everything else possible. Then you grow, applying what you have learned, connecting with your community, and strengthening the skills that make employers notice.
Then you shift into action with a clear transition plan, real support, and a path toward work that is yours.

Every stage is guided by a team that has walked this road with hundreds of people just like you.

You do not need to arrive with momentum. You just need to arrive. We are here to support you without judgment, and we will get there together.

We will help you build the rest. Spots are limited. We start on June 22nd. Join Us.
