OSCA was established in 2013 with some 15 industry members whose assets are in the Athabasca oil sands area. OSCA currently has four main focus areas: -Aboriginal Community Relations -Infrastructure -Community Well-being -Workforce We identify issues from the perspective of those potentially affected by projects, we predict and anticipate change, and develop strategies to proactively respond to changing challenges and priorities within the Athabasca oil sands area.
