We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Field Coordinators for the upcoming municipal census in both Urban (Fort McMurray) and Rural Communities. Field Coordinators play a vital role in overseeing enumerators, ensuring the accurate and efficient enumeration of all areas.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
-Ability to work a combination of afternoons and evenings (2 pm to 9 pm) during the week, and weekends (10 am to 9 pm) to accommodate the peak times when enumerators will be interviewing households.
- Coordinate enumerators' schedules to cover peak times for household interviews.
- Assign and re-assign enumeration areas in collaboration with the census team.
- Establish weekly enumeration targets and provide necessary support to enumerators.
- Maintain regular communication and support for enumerators.
- Address technical issues and assist with challenging situations during enumeration.
- Participate in special events and conduct resident enumeration.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 18 years of age with a post-secondary or high school diploma.
- Previous census enumeration experience is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.

-Ensure incoming non-sample deliveries are properly processed.

AWS is hiring a Human Resources Administrator located in Fort McMurray, AB.

Reporting to the Human Resources Advisor, the HR Administrator will provide support to the Human Resources team. More specifically – the position’s focus will include employment agreement preparation and distribution, Workday (HRIS) data entry, file maintenance, HR communication support, answering employee inquiries and other special projects.

Qualifications

· College Diploma or University Degree in Human Resources preferred.

· 1+ year related work experience

· Able to deal with highly sensitive and personal information.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills

· Able to interact effectively with others at all levels in the organization

· Precise attention to detail.
