Role Responsibilities:
This position will be primarily functioning as the Head Shipper & Receiver for an industrial parts warehouse. Position: Accounts Payable Clerk / Accounting Assistant

Currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk / General Accounting Assistant to assist with the accounting duties at a large workwear/PPE distribution center. This position will involve preparing/generating accounting reports, data entry of accounting information, and preparation for month-end Financial Statements, as well as year-end reports. This role may also include some data entry, AR, Collections, Invoicing, Account Reconciliation, and assisting other departments when required.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist our client's busy accounting department. Duties:

This position is responsible for performing service, repair, and assembly work for designated product lines. This position will be disassembling valve bodies and internal components, inspecting, replacing/repairing parts, reassembling, and testing valves to ensure all standards and qualifications are met.

- Dismantling and cleaning of incoming repair work in a timely manner.
