Trust is not built by visibility alone. It is built by understanding what truly matters to the customer.
During our recent visit to Prince Edward Island, we had the opportunity to see this in action through the work of Brian Doucet, our PEI Operations & Sales representative.
Brianโs role goes beyond sales. He knows the local market, understands the realities of our customersโ operations, and brings that knowledge into every conversation. Whether working with seafood processors, potato packers, or other local businesses, his approach is grounded in listening, responsiveness, and practical support.
In customer relationships, not every detail of the process needs to be visible to create trust. What matters most is that expectations are clear, communication is honest, and customers know we are paying attention to what affects their business.
That is where strong partnerships are built.
Brianโs connection with customers reflects something important about how we serve the PEI market: ๐๐ฟ๐๐๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ต๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ด๐ต ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ, ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฟ๐๐น๐ ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐๐ฒ.
