Premiere Contract Management Services Starting out early in the work of Canada Employment Services there were strong influences in my career path into the trades.

I am a Certified Career Development Professional with 30 yrs career & employment experience working in the Trades and Youth specializations
Training and Experience : ACEC, Contact IV, Myers-Briggs,
Certifications: CRSP(r) True Colours ; Red Seal-P&D As a Red Seal Painter and Decorator I specialized in wood and faux finishes. Returning to term positions with HRDC during seasonal work shortages. Su

bsequently an appointment managing the T.R.A.D.E.S. employment services in Northern BC found me utilizing a career path that only "happenstance" can explain. Work in federal government during emergency preparedness developments in BC kicked started my studies in Occupational Health and Safety (1980); attainment of the CRSP designation and appointment as the Northern BC H&S Officer for MOT. Although short lived due to province wide layoffs I managed to impart a solid commitment to workplace safety and respect of highway crews from 100 mile to Prince Rupert. A broad spectrum of career paths has ensured my ability to assist many in the past whom thought it could not be done. I have provided virtual services throughout Northern BC specializing in the trades from 2005-2015 under the operations of T.R.A.D.E.S.

Returning to the Fraser Valley I moved into a position of Career Advisor in a high school and within the demographics of Youth that seem to respond to my ability to "meet them where they are at".

Currently working hybrid and assisting Permanent Residents with their employment needs through a Project Based Labour Market Training Program in retail.

I hope to connect with grandparents who are co parenting or parenting youth in Gr11 or 12 I know the Career Education curriculum and My Bluepring well and launched the services at MSS
