Looking to improve your skills and build confidence for today's job market? Are you stuck or even overwhelmed on how to begin a successful job search? At the South Shore Work Activity Program we offer you an opportunity to gain hands-on skills training in Customer Services, Food Services, Environmental Services, Computer Fundamentals and Basic Carpentry. We also offer essential employability skill

s training, career path development, resume and interview preparation, life skills discussions full of individual and group social skills development, and goal setting, all in a friendly and comfortable learning environment where we welcome diversity and multiculturalism. Our staff are dedicated to assisting all participants reach their full potential through a comprehensive yet flexible program between 4 and 26 weeks long. Work placements at businesses in your home area are an integral part of the experience we offer you.
