It is wonderful to see PowHERtalks returning to Calgary ten years after it first arrived in our city!

From September 22–25, four thoughtfully designed experiences will bring together founders, leaders, innovators, Indigenous voices and community builders to explore how we can become the people, organizations and communities capable of creating the future we envision.

This promises to be a meaningful opportunity for connection, learning and honest conversation about closing the gap between what we say matters and what we are willing to build.

Canada does not have an energy supply problem. It has an optionality problem.
Read the latest ABA Insight, Shondell S. examines Canada's dependence on the U.S. energy market and why real leverage comes from having choices.

As the United States moves to create new energy options of its own, Canada needs to do the same. That means pipelines, LNG terminals, tidewater access, Indigenous economic partnerships, faster regulatory decisions and the confidence that projects meeting Canada's rules can actually get built.

Canada does not need fewer energy relationships with the United States. It needs more options beyond it.
