Qualifications we are looking for:

GrizzlyTrek is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our valued client's team in northeastern British Columbia. This is a full-time, permanent position offering long-term stability in the upstream oil and gas sector.

What you'll need:

• Journeyman Electrician ticket

• Oil and gas calibration experience

• Pumping oil systems experience

• H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, Fall Arrest certifications

• Local to the Chetwynd area

A strong asset would be an instrumentation certificate or a dual ticket (Electrician / Instrumentation).

This role requires more than just software experience; it demands a deep understanding of heavy equipment, wrench time, and the requirements to keep haul trucks, shovels, dozers, and graders operational in a mining environment.

We seek a planner with strong mobile equipment maintenance experience, a trade or HET background, and the capability to develop effective weekly schedules and 14–30 day lookaheads while maintaining a clean and useful CMMS. Experience with Cat, Komatsu, and Hitachi fleets, along with the ability to connect shop-floor reality to planning discipline, makes this a compelling opportunity.
