⛑️ DOZER OPERATORS NEEDED - FORT McMURRAY REGION ⛑️
GrizzlyTrek Group is hiring experienced Dozer Operators for fly-in, fly-out camp work in the Fort McMurray region, Alberta. If you have recent dozer seat time on D6T, D8, D9 or D10 class machines, we want to hear from you.
💰 $35 to $40 per hour to start
📍 Fort McMurray region, Alberta
⛑️ Full-time, long term, rotational position
📅 14 days on, 7 days off or 21 days on, 7 days off, project dependent
⏰ 12 hour shifts, days and nights
📍 Camp room and board provided
✈️ Flights provided, flying in and out of Calgary or Edmonton
Required: 3 or more years of recent dozer seat time on D6T, D8, D9 or D10 class machines in heavy civil earthworks, construction, road building or mining.
Proven experience stripping overburden, ripping, placing topsoil and completing reclamation work, on all types of ground conditions including soft ground.
Valid safety tickets: CSO, BSO, CSTS or OSSA Regional; Intermediate First Aid with CPR and AED; H2S Alive; in class Bear Awareness; Ground Disturbance.
A valid driver's licence, CSA approved safety boots, and the ability to live in camp, work 12 hour shifts on days and nights, and handle outdoor work in all weather, noise and vibration.
You will join our client's team on active heavy civil earthworks projects. Expect outdoor work in rain, snow, heat and cold, equipment noise and vibration, and hands on labour duties alongside seat time. GPS machine control experience is preferred, not required.
