Ai HR Solutions Inc. is seeking:
Machine Operators for one of our clients in Mississauga & Etobicoke. We are willing to train candidates that have any Manufacturing or Wearhouse experience. This is a long-term opportunity. Please apply only if you have great work ethics and are serious about the job.
Schedule:
- Day shift : Monday - Friday (7:30 a.m. -3:40 p.m.)
- Afternoon Shift: Monday-Friday (3:40 p.m. -11:40)
- Night Shift : Sunday - Thursday (11:40 p.m. - 7:40 a.m.)
Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of production scheduling system
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
Load and unload equipment and materials
Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
Log and record readings for equipment and procedures
Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
Adhere to safety policies and procedures
​Qualifications:
Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields
Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields
Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment
You will operate machinery and equipment, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
