Looking for Passionate Recruiters to fill various industrial positions: Responsibilities:
* Post jobs on various portals
* Reach out to potential candidates by phone
* Conduct pre-screening phone interviews and book appointments to meet in person
* Communicate with candidates during the hiring process, including interview scheduling, post-interview follow-up, onboarding and scheduling training.
* Dispatching workers to various clients and intense follow up to ensure successful completion of orders.
* Sourcing/Screening Resumes on various online job sites.
Qualifications:
* Diploma / Degree in HR/Management
* 1-2 years experience in similar role
* Recent graduates in Human Resource are welcome to apply
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent in MS-Word, MS-Excel and Outlook is required
