Maris Recruitment RO Group SRL is a dynamic and growing maritime crewing Agency company dedicated to providing high-quality crewing solutions for international shipowners and operators. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Crewing Agency Officer to join our office in Constanta.
Key Responsibilities
** Coordinate recruitment and placement of seafarers for various vessel types
** Maintain and update crew databases, certificates, and documentation
** Handle visa applications, travel arrangements, and onboarding procedures
** Communicate with shipowners and maritime authorities
** Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and international maritime regulations
** Prepare and manage contracts, crew lists, and other required documentation
** Support crew during their deployment and provide assistance with queries
** Participate in audits and contribute to continuous improvement processes
Requirements
** Previous experience in crewing, maritime HR, or shipping administration (preferred)
** Strong understanding of STCW requirements and maritime documentation
** Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
** Good computer literacy (MS Office)
** Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
** Customer-oriented mindset and teamwork abilities
