- Advanced Oil and Advanced Chemical Tanker COP are required for all Officers
- At least 1-2 contracts in rank
- Experience on small tankers is necessary
- Expirience on Chemical Tankers
- Experience with Framo pumps is mandatory for Deck Officers.
- Experience with MAN B&W and MAN B&W ME engines is mandatory for Engine Officers
