Summer is here, but recruitment doesn’t take a full break.

While some sectors slow down slightly during July and August, others continue hiring actively to get ahead of the September rush.

In Brussels, we’ve noticed that industries like Construction, IT, Compliance, and Engineering are still moving:
Processes may take a bit longer, as key decision-makers are sometimes on holiday.
But this is also a key time to engage passive candidates who are reflecting on their next career move during the summer break.
