Matus couldn't say much in Dutch yet, but his work spoke for him! 💪

A year ago, Matus moved from Slovakia to Belgium. He works as a CNC miller, a job where good people are hard to find.

He already understands a lot of Dutch and goes to his classes every time. Speaking fluently will come later. But at work, he shows what really matters: effort, precision, and staying strong.

Everyone understands that language.

Matus just signed his permanent contract at Advionics ✍ So we paid him a visit, because some things are better said with a basket of sweets than with words 😉

Matus, congratulations!

The story of Francisco, in three chapters:

📖 Chapter 1: looking for a new beginning

Baker Francisco was searching for a real chance in his field, and that wasn't easy to find. After switching staffing agencies, he ended up at Axintor.

📖 Chapter 2: a fresh start

Taking the step towards a fresh start wasn't easy. But thanks to the genuine involvement of Kasia, Francisco went 100% for his new job at Bakkerij Aernoudt.

📖 Chapter 3: a permanent contract

And what a good idea that turned out to be! Francisco recently signed his permanent contract.

Kasia and Marta call him "the most sweet person" they ever worked with. And he proved it once again: he sent them a big box of pralines to say thank you!

Francisco, huge congratulations on this new chapter! 🎉

In Belgium, families receive child benefit. This is monthly financial support from the government to help with the costs of raising children. In Flanders, this benefit is called Groeipakket.

Are you working in Belgium or planning to come here for work? Then it is good to know how the child benefit system works. In this blog, we explain who can receive child benefit, how you can apply, when the benefit stops, and how much you can receive.

Working in Belgium or planning to move? Discover how the child benefit system works: who can apply, how much you receive, and until when.

We do not just send you to a company and wish you good luck.

Before we place anyone, we visit the workplace ourselves. We meet the team, see the work and get a real feel for the culture. So when we say it is a good match, we actually mean it.

Meet Charlotte, Kirke and Robiya, three of the people making sure you end up exactly where you belong. 😊

Customer service is an attitude, not a department. 🤝

Ana came to Belgium through Axintor, worked hard and recently signed a permanent contract with her employer. When she also needed help finding her own place to live, our team made sure everything was taken care of.

The result? Ana and her husband showed up at our door with flowers and the biggest smiles. Moments like these are exactly why we do what we do. 🥰

Looking for a job in Belgium with people who actually care about you? That is what Axintor is here for.
