Matus couldn't say much in Dutch yet, but his work spoke for him! 💪

A year ago, Matus moved from Slovakia to Belgium. He works as a CNC miller, a job where good people are hard to find.

He already understands a lot of Dutch and goes to his classes every time. Speaking fluently will come later. But at work, he shows what really matters: effort, precision, and staying strong.

Everyone understands that language.

Matus just signed his permanent contract at Advionics ✍ So we paid him a visit, because some things are better said with a basket of sweets than with words 😉

The story of Francisco, in three chapters:

📖 Chapter 1: looking for a new beginning

Baker Francisco was searching for a real chance in his field, and that wasn't easy to find. After switching staffing agencies, he ended up at Axintor.

📖 Chapter 2: a fresh start

Taking the step towards a fresh start wasn't easy. But thanks to the genuine involvement of Kasia, Francisco went 100% for his new job at Bakkerij Aernoudt.

📖 Chapter 3: a permanent contract

And what a good idea that turned out to be! Francisco recently signed his permanent contract.

Kasia and Marta call him "the most sweet person" they ever worked with. And he proved it once again: he sent them a big box of pralines to say thank you!

How it started:

👉 A Pig farm was looking for a motivated stable worker and caretaker
👉 George was looking for a job in Belgium and had always dreamed of working with animals

Fast forward to August '26:

After a successful interim period, George signed a permanent contract this week ✍️. Reason enough for us to thank George for his perseverance and hard work 💪

As a lightning protection installer you earn at least €17.02 per hour, with holiday pay, an end of year bonus and full social security. After the interim period, a fixed contract follows.

You do not need experience as a lightning protection installer. The company trains you from scratch and takes care of everything you need to get started.
