🧑‍✈️👩‍✈️ Als treinbegeleider ben jij de schakel tussen de NMBS en de reizigers. Je speelt een essentiële rol in het informeren van reizigers, het beantwoorden van vragen en het creëren van een veilige en comfortabele reiservaring.

😊 🤓 Als treinbegeleider ben jij het gezicht van NMBS. Je zorgt ervoor dat het in- en uitstappen soepel en veilig verloopt en dat alle reizigers zich op hun gemak voelen. Je hebt oog voor detail en reageert snel en adequaat op verschillende situaties, ook op het perron. Bovendien werk je nauw samen met je collega's van Securail om een veilige omgeving te waarborgen.
